As per Sarah Egan of the Liffey Champion, help support the Irish Heart Foundation by taking part in the "Walk for Heart" Day taking place in Donadea Forest Park on Sunday 26 Sep. The annual event is kicking off at 3pm and it aims to raise awareness to the importance of developing and maintaining a healthy heart.
Anyone who wants to take part in the event should meet in front of the castle at 3pm.
